The Brewster Mountain Lodge was a perfect downtown location in Banff, within walking distance for all the Shops, and Restaurants. Staff were lovely and local trails like the bow falls lake was easily accessible on foot I loved all the wooden design, inside and out. We had a fantastic room with a balcony overlooking the Mountains. Absolutely studding in the snow. Imagine you are in Narnia with a warm Fire in a wooden lodge. That is Brewster Mountain Lodge😀

Was a great location and it was clean, and spacious. The sleep was a little uncomfortable as it got really hot in our room. Slept with the window open while it snowed outside and the room was still too warm

Fantastic staff. Hotel is in a great location in Banff. Very comfortable bed. Complimentary breakfast was much better than expected - well done! It may be time to replace the woody furniture in the rooms, not comfortable. Downside of Brewsters is noise - noise from hallways is very loud and you can easily hear people in neighbouring bathrooms.

Birthday Getaway

First time staying at the Brewster Mountain Lodge and so glad we did. Great location in the centre of restaurants, shopping and the river pathway. We stayed in the Claude Brewster Suite and it was awesome. Beautiful vaulted ceilings, a balcony and a double jacuzzi tub. Very quiet room even with the balcony facing Bear St. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely will be back. 10 out of 10

What a delightful discovery in beautiful downtown Banff. We had an absolutely perfect stay. Friendly staff, very clean, beautiful decor and a hearty breakfast. Loved being able to walk right out the front door to all the great restaurants, shops and activities. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nickel and dime customers , charges that were not listed on the website , pictures looked great, better than why it was . Staff said if I wasn’t satisfied I could cancel and stay somewhere else, which is the worst customer service statement I have ever heard .

The Lodge is right in the centre of Banff, has really nice ambiance, lovely decor, very friendly and helpful staff, complimentary heated parkade, good breakfast. The only issue we had was with noise. The rooms seem to have no sound insulation at all: loud conversation in the next room kept us up at night, vehicles arriving at the loading dock below woke us up at dawn. Complimentary earplugs are provided, but they're pretty uncomfortable. We'd recommend bringing your own. Perhaps the hotel could implement quiet hours after 10pm and let guests know that people in the next room can hear every word. Even so, we had a nice stay overall and would likely stay again. Thank you for the friendly service!
