We really enjoyed staying at this brand new hotel, the hot tub had an absolutely amazing Mountain View and all of the amenities were well taken care of and clean. The sauna with the Mountain View is also fantastic. The restaurant said and Sally had really good food. Everything we tried was amazing and we have come back before even when we’re not staying at the hotel. Prices are great, service was great and lots of nice little touches like treats for pets and an overall nice hotel vibe. Will definitely be back!

Love the place. We have stayed here years ago but when it was still the inns of banff and it’s a lot better. Have stayed with a lot of different hotels in banff and i must say it is the best and family agreed! Desk staff are nice and friendly too!

It’s a big hotel and everything looks clean and new. The hot tub is definitely the highlight with a great mountain view. However, the air conditioner was loud at night, which kept us from getting a good night sleep.
