Fine place that will fast decay do to very poor quality materials and cheap appliances. As all things Banff it is overpriced and poorly maintained. Design is really ridiculous. The lobby space is a joke and the couloirs cramped. Walls are full of luggage carriers impacts. Lifts are dirty and, overall, it isn’t a comfortable space. Room was ok. Restrooms are very small and cramped. Kitchen is ok. Beds are unremarkable.

Great place and perfect location

This place is a gem. Perfect location, right in the heart of Banff and beautifully appointed. Everything was perfect. And I especially appreciate that after my daughter left her stuffed animal there accidentally they made sure it reached us safely back in the US. Thank you!!

Our two bed two bath basecamp rental was perfect for our stay in Banff. It was perfectly located in the heart of town, near a grocery store and all the shops. Staff was extremely responsive and accommodating to our group of six. I would certainly come back and recommend it to friends.

Good value in a good location

Great location. Perfectly clean and functional apartment in a nice building. Note that one of the bathrooms is not connected to one of the bedrooms. Slightly inconvenient for one company but not that important. Attached pay for parking garage. Was perfect for our purposes. Highly recommend.
