The bright and bold seventh floor condo is the perfect family retreat in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Enjoy panoramic mountain views and comfortable furnishings throughout this home.
Prepare anything from your morning coffee to a full course dinner in the well appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar for 2 and then dine together at the adjacent table for 4.
The open and sunny living area boasts a cozy, wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and plenty of seating options. When anybody needs some fresh air, sit out side on your balcony and take in the view.
The master bedroom boasts a queen sized adjustable bed and 55 inch flat screen TV and the guest bedroom boats two twin beds.

This condo is located less than 4 miles from Sugar Mountain resort giving you access to 21 slopes and 1,200 feet of vertical drop. Spend a day at the Sugar Country Club where you can play gold, explore the Sugar Mountain bike park, discover Grandfather Mountain, visit Banner Elk and Grandfather Wineries.

The balcony view was amazing. Very clean and easily accessible unit. The Host was easily accesssible. She was always helpful and promptly responded to our need. Resolution was prompt and accurate. Had a bad experience with maintenance man, Roger. His behavior was totally unacceptable. The dark haired man out front who was there to help people as they were being discharged and arriving was very helpful and friendly. Overall a great time with my friends.

GREAT stay at Sugartop... wonderful host!

This was our 5th stay in Sugartop at Sugar Mountain NC (5 different units!) and this one was the best of the bunch. Next time we go back... we will DEFINITELY stay here. The unit is close to the elevator on the 7th floor (I use a prosthetic leg) making for easy entry/exit. The Master Bath was "easy entry" and spacious enough for my portable shower chair. The Queen electrically adjustable bed in the Master was a HUGE plus for us... no morning back/neck aches! We stayed for almost 3 weeks and while there were a few "minor issues", Tristan (the host) responded quickly and efficiently and ensured that nothing negatively affected our stay. The balcony view is spectacular!!! GREAT sunsets and some afternoon shade. A few "final" things... the kitchen was nicely decorated (all tile) and well appointed with modern DW, stove, fridge, air fryer, Keurig, and MW. PLENTY of clothes storage in Master (we stayed 3 weeks!) Private washer/dryer worked out nicely and BIG screen TV's in LR and MBR were really nice ones. We are VERY happy about this stay!!

Super Condo with Sweeping Views!

We loved our stat at Tristan's home. The views are spectacular, mesmerizing. We stayed a month during our home renovation. We found everything we needed to actually "live" there. We appreciated items like an air fryer. The beds were very comfy. There is a nice big smart TV in the bedroom with all the apos you need. We highly recommend this property:)

Amazing property to stay near Sugar mountain!!

I had an awesome stay here! When we arrived the property was super clean. The views were breathtaking and the sunset were so pretty a great view from the balcony. The drive to sugar mountain to ski was very close and the roads are very well maintained. I will definitely book here again!

This condo has been well taken care of, has updated appliances, and has very comfortable carpet and furniture. The kitchen is fully appointed for cooking -which we did every night- and the beds and pillows are great. Working washer and dryer are a bonus. One issue now (winter 24/25) is the seal around the sliding door. There was ice built up around every window frame and the sliding door to the balcony was frozen shut with about an inch of ice all around the bottom. It also whistled very loudly at all hours of the night and day when the wind blew. This would probably be a non issue when the weather is not blizzard-like and in the single digits. Regarding Sugar Top as a whole: The walk from the elevator is about as long as it gets, but with rolling carts for luggage it's not bad. Sugar Top has a great pool, two hot tubs, a steam and a dry sauna, as well as a small gym with well maintained equipment. The amenities are clean and fun. There is no restaurant or bar, and you need to take a short shuttle ride to get to your car in a lower parking lot if you do not have an owner's parking pass, then drive down the mountain to one of two very close grocery stores. Plenty of food and beverage options are quite close by. I have stayed in two other condos at Sugar Top and this was the most modern and comfortable by far.

The parking is terrible. We have to park so far every nigth and wait a transfer to the reception, under the super cool weather, Was horrible. We freezed.

New Year Ski Trip

This is the perfect spot for a family of four! The pool and hot tub were great amentities! The shuttle service/parking situation is less than ideal, but workable. We used this as a jump off point to ski at sugar, tube at hawksnest snow tubing and just visiting around banner elk. We spent most of our time at the ski resort, so loved the proximity. The view is immaculate and such a cute place! Would definitely stay here again!

Great communication with host (if needed). Beautiful drive up, overall it only takes a few minutes but its good climb depending on your vehicle. Check in was very easy, using electronic deadbolt.
