Step inside to the welcoming main level where cathedral tongue and groove ceilings, hardwood floors, wainscoting, and a stunning stone gas fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living area flows seamlessly into the gourmet kitchen, which features custom cabinetry, granite countertops, high end KitchenAid appliances, a gourmet style 4 burner gas oven, a prep sink, and bar seating. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats up to ten, making it ideal for family gatherings and group meals. Easy main level access requires just one step into the home.

The primary suite on the main level is a true retreat, offering a king bed, tray ceilings, a flat screen TV, and captivating mountain views with access to two decks. The ensuite bathroom includes an updated double vanity, a large custom tiled walk-in shower, and heated floors

Upstairs, two spacious king bedrooms each feature ceiling fans and TVs and share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub and shower combination. A cozy loft area provides additional space to relax, read, or enjoy the mountain setting.

The lower level is designed for entertaining and extended stays, featuring a second living space with a gas stone fireplace, pool table, shuffleboard table, and a sofa. The fourth bedroom on this level offers a queen bed and easy access to a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Step outside to the full size lower deck, where the mountain backdrop creates the perfect setting for morning coffee or evening gatherings.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this home, with expansive decks offering ample seating and a fire pit area that is ideal for taking in the fresh mountain air and sweeping views.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- This home is accessed via paved roads that are easy to navigate however, AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended during winter months.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.
- The homeowners use an outdoor surveillance camera pointed at the driveway.
- This property is pet friendly, allowing one dog for an additional $25/night plus taxes in rent. Only dogs, please.
- This home is located in the beautiful gated community of Tynecastle which has many full-time residents. A quiet hour of 10PM is to be respected at all times.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Check in time is 4PM and check out time is 10AM.
- The garage is not available for guest use.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
