It said in your write up they don’t charge for pets but they do charge for pets. There were people that were not staying at the hotel using the parking lot to hang out and get high.

Staff were pleasant and helpful and made check in fast and easy. Rooms were recently renovated and very large and clean. Housekeeping was on request. It is across the parking lot from a Hannaford, which was very helpful with the kitchenette in the room. Pool was closed, but no big deal because we were too busy hiking nearby in Acadia. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

The room was spacious, having a recently renovated kitchenette was nice to have--if we stayed longer, I'd definitely take advantage. The hotel is about 30m away from Acadia, and is located in a small strip mall area. Having food options, gas stations, a grocery store, and TJ Maxxx, etc. is all convenient. The bed was comfortable enough, bathroom was clean and recently updated. My only comfort issues was the pillows and the AC. Despite having 3 of them, they were all lumpy with no support. That did affect my sleep. The AC was loud at night and would make a rattling sound despite our best efforts to stop it. A newer TV with streaming options would be nice. All in all, a good option if you need a place to crash after a long day in Acadia.

Overall, a great place to stay in. Staff were nice and the room was very clean. Also, very dog friendly. The only down side is the wifi not being all that great in an area where phone service is poor.

Things were in poor condition. Screen to the balcony was off the track. Unused lower level rooms looked abandoned. Cost was too high. Breakfast was extremely limited. Powdered eggs were blocky. Staff was fine.
