Also, please collect all the garbage and leave inside the cottage, turn down the to 82 and close all the windows if it is summertime.

$500 fine for smoking/vaping. Registered guests and vehicles only. Camera installed facing parking lot.
Please respect quiet hours of 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Damage fee may be assessed for damaged towels or linens. Please no glitter in hot tub.
Prompt checkout of 11:00 a.m is enforced. Close windows, lock doors and turn AC to 82 when checking out. Leave cottage the way you found it.
