Had a couple of issues, the sink was blocked in the room and the ‘handy man’ didn’t work weekends consequently it remained blocked throughout our two night stay. The battery in the tv remote was also on its last legs and didn’t want to work. Both issues a little unfortunate especially having paid extra for a premium room but apart from that the hotel will remain my first choice when staying in Plymouth.

Great hotel and location

Hotel was lovely. Very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Family room was spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect. Was able to park the car and walk everywhere. Being able to use the pool was great but I would suggest they had a swimming lane. We went after 8am due to having children but we all wanted to swim lengths. By 8.10 the pool was full of families with children with no respect for swimmers which was disappointing. Overall a lovely night away and I would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable beds and nice large beds. Lounge was a good space but needs to be checked during day more often as one day out of 2 there were no snacks and dirty crockery left.

Unfortunately the sofa bed was not made up and we had to ask three times for it to be done. Our room was very noisy from the extract fan so we moved for the second night and asked for the sofa bed to be made up in the second room, this time we had to ask twice. They were very understaffed to accommodate an awards evening that had a knock on for others staying in the hotel

Room was lovely bathroom a little small , but not too much of a problem for us. Car park not good really tight and we drive an electric car and all the chargers were not working! Apart from that lovely central hotel
