The kitchen has a refrigerator and freezer, ceramic stove, dishwasher, washing machine and all the necessary kitchen essentials. At this level, there is also a full bathroom with a shower.
From the living room, the narrow ancient staircase leads to the spacious Master Bedroom with a large double bed a television with satellite channels and an en-suite bathroom with a shower reserved for the bedroom. The room is equipped with air conditioning.
Ascending to the second and final floor, you'll discover a lounge area with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 Persons. The large windows on a magnificent terrace offer a wide lake view. This outdoor space, furnished with sun loungers, becomes the perfect spot to enjoy moments of relaxation, sunbathing, or sipping an aperitif while admiring the splendid sunsets over Lake Garda.
You can conveniently park one car in a reserved parking space just a few meters from the house.
