The apartment is located in the basement of Liveien 5 - private entrance. Drive from the center of Setermoen south on the E6 towards Narvik. Drive past the Smestad building and turn off the E6 to the right and onto Seterveien. Follow Seterveien uphill for approx. 160 meters and then turn left onto Skogveien. Follow Skogveien for approx. 240 meters and then turn right onto Liveien. Liveien 5 is the second grey house on the right side of Liveien approx. 80 meters into Liveien. Free parking in the courtyard.
If you are coming from the south, for example from Narvik/Lofoten, you can turn off to E6 on the left and onto Seterveien before you reach the center of Setermoen, then just follow Seterveien uphill approx. 160 meters and then turn left onto Skogveien, then follow Skogveien approx. 240 meters and then turn onto Liveien where Liveien 5 is the second grey house on the right side of Liveien approx. 80 meters into Liveien. If you use a GPS, you may get different directions, and it will also be able to lead you correctly as there are several roads that can be used.
The key to the rental unit is in the key box outside the door to the basement, see the black key box to the right of the door to the basement. The code to the key box is sent out the day before arrival. Open the key box upon arrival, take out the key, open the door to the basement, go down the stairs and unlock the front door with the key. Parking: Free parking in the courtyard. If you need to borrow an electric car charger, drive/reverse the car into the garage so that you can connect to the charger (the electric car charger is located in the garage on the long wall to the left when you stand in front of the garage).
Washer/dryer: Free to use. Use washing powder in the bathroom or bring your own.
The washer/dryer uses the same socket on the back wall. Plug in the socket for the machine you are using.
Fitness room with two treadmills, a spinning bike and various fitness equipment.
Living room with 55 inch TV, sofa, coffee table, recliner. Sofa can be converted into a sofa bed (sleeps two).
Bathroom. There are some rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom. Bring/buy extra if needed.
Bed linen and towels are in the bedroom. Extra towels in the bathroom. There is a TV with connection to Apple TV in the bedroom.
Standard hygiene items such as soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper are in the bathroom and can be used freely. Bring/buy extra if needed.
When checking out, leave the rental part as it was when you arrived. Light cleaning. Lock the front door and put the key to the front door back in the key box on the outside.
The nearest garbage container is 100 meters down towards the E6, in Skogveien right before the entrance to Liveien.
There are three grocery stores in Setermoen, Coop Extra, Rema 1000 and Bunnpris. Bunnpris is also a store open on Sundays.
