Book it now! We stayed during holiday season but the hosts were always reachable! I personally enjoyed the simple and highly digital experience - which many brand hotels try too but make it overly complicated. The property is clean, walking distance from Bari Centrale, and has some amazing cafes en route to Vecchia area. We are Asian family so an Asian store just across the road was a nice little bonus.

Do not judge a book by its cover!....Once you enter this older industrial building that is just a few blocks away from Bari Central Station, you will begin to see the stylishly renovated building awaiting your stay...The rooms are immaculate, brand-spanking new and loaded with hi tech convenience...Our gracious host Antonio met us at the door and gave us the option to enter the building and room with either codes or traditional key card (We chose the latter) The amenities here are awesome...fully stocked fridge with quality proseco, sodas and mineral waters,,,variety of snacks ALL GRATIS. ..The dreaded mini bar add-ons do not apply here as THE GENEROSITY OF THE HOST is awesomely apparent...The bathrooms are all new, clean and roomy..oversized towels, very good soaps and shampoos-quality, powerful hair drier.beds are super comfortable and the thermostat will give you the exact temp you desire...The breakfast becomes available a few doors down at a quality cafe (Just state your name) and cappucino, espresso, bakery goods and /or mini ham and cheese sandwiches top off this most fairly proceed and excellent stay..I view this establishment as a kind of hybrid hotel/B&B..Don't be dissuaded by no front desk -Antonio is on site and will address any and every concern..I will definitely be returning the next time in Bari..5 stars all the way.

Great location.

Great communication with host. Excellent location. Few minutes walk from the station at one end and city centre at the other. The room was large, clean and confortable. The bathroom was also a good size, clean and modern. Great shower too. Comfortable beds and bedding, AC, complimentary water and snacks. Would definitely stay here again.

Antonio is an excellent host. The responsiveness and attention to detail were beyond excellent. The room is as pictured. Close to Bari Centrale station and Bari Vecchia. The hose is helpful and will provide great suggestions if asked. Spacious, clean, comfortable and safe. I will definitely return!

I recommend absolutely

We spent fantastic days in Bari. The accommodation was absolutely nice, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect too, near to station, and reachable by walk the center, or the sea. Who wants to seat in the room, and look out from window, I don't prefer, the room has no panorama, but for us was perfect to stay and take a perfect rest. The organization, the management was absolutely friendly, nice and helpful! Thanks for the experience!
