This large period house is positioned right on the seafront with stunning 180-degree sea views and boasts its own games room. This seaside location in the heart of Barmouth is superb and is near Snowdonia National Park, an all-year-round destination with so much to do right on the doorstep. This popular seaside resort boasts beautiful sandy beaches, stunning mountains and countryside to explore. Enjoy a range of independent shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants and galleries. Visit one of the many events, enjoy an evening at the Dragon Theatre, take a stroll along the beach or head to the harbour offering a range of boat trips. Climb the Cadair Idris mountain range, learn to paddleboard, swim in the sea, experience new water sports, take wildlife boat trips, go sea fishing, or ride and stride the many footpaths and cycle routes in the area.

This four-storey townhouse is full of period charm, original features and contemporary twists. Walk into the hall, and on your right, you’ll see the stylish dining room with views towards the sea, a Smart TV and plenty of space for everyone to gather around - it really is the perfect setting for a family celebration. You will find the kitchen, flooded with natural light, further along the hall. It has all the equipment you need to prepare a meal, alongside all the thoughtful little extras creating a lovely space to cook in. Also on this floor is the useful utility room with its dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, separate WC and a games room with a pool table and board games. There is also a lovely bedroom with a king-size bed, a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Upstairs on the first floor, you will find the stunning lounge with fabulous panoramic views over the town, beach and out to sea. Enjoy settling down on the comfortable sofas, watch a film on the Smart TV, or just spend time catching up and relaxing with a bit of birdwatching with the telescope from the chaise longue in the window. When ready for bed, you can choose from a further seven bedrooms over the next three floors, all the bedrooms have been designed with your comfort in mind and great views over the town, sea and mountains to wake up to.
