Front desk clerk (male) could not speak English, but could understand it. Not a friendly guy. Would not give refund when we checked out 3 days early. When we explained this to another lady who translated for us, he abruptly talked to her without us getting a word in, so he understood perfectly we wanted a refund, but still would not give a refund! He understands perfect English, but acts like he doesn’t understand.

I wouldn’t recommend

Uncomfortable, small rooms, bad costumer service, loud surroundings, and hard beds and pillows. No sleep possibly. Only good thing is the location and clean

There were roaches in the room I woke up and there was a roach on the head board that was walking on my arm around 2:00am I insist on getting my money back I will contact that Expedia on my return I mentioned it to the desk person and they had no response

Recepción was super friendly, I don’t think I’ve ever had experience at a hotel. Great pool area and has stairs to the beach . Dveryois walking distance. Perfect location because it was close to boats to go to lagoon and go to Restaurant Colimilla which has incredible food and views and you only get there by boat which is free boat ride since you’re visiting restaurant . Great hotel stay and small town

The hotel area is quiet, not too busy. My room's AC unit was dripping too much!! We had to place a trash can abd a towel under to cut the noise abd keep water from going all over the room.
