Hard to find parking, stained carpet, black spots on shower tiles, shower ceiling drooping down. Felt the springs on mattress. Tv kept loosing connection from watching cbc. Front desk says that happens all the time give it 15mins. Never came back on. Sound proofing was horrible, heard the water pipes all night. Room 202

The room was clean but dated. The bed was harder than most hotel beds but wasn’t horrible. The staff were all very kind and patient especially considering the amount of noise and disruption they dealt with from the jr hockey teams there that weekend!

Staff was very nice and helpful to provide us with what we need for our kids. Room is clean, pool is clean with extended breakfast hours. It's a bonus if there is a hot tub, but overall we are satisfied and will come back!

The room was tidy and clean. They cleaned and restocked the room every morning. The breakfast was good and well stocked. They even started bringing things out abit early for the kids during their hockey tournament so they could grab aomethbefore heading off to their games. Coffee was 24/7.
