Excellence all around

This hotel was spectacular. The young man, Bernard/Brandon?, that checked us in was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is surrounded by several choices for food so we didn’t have to hit the road again. The room was huge and so nice. The bed and pillows were very comfy. I would like to know what the brand is. Great place to stay.

The overall stay was good. I would have gave it more stars, but I kept asking house keeping about more towels.. Which we never got.. I asked multiple of times.. Other then that.. The front staff was very pleasant, the hotel smelled amazing and the rooms were nice.

For the most part everything was fine. Our bathroom had some hairs left behind. Spots/satins on the carpet possibly from pets. TV’s were upgraded the day after we arrived which was nice for our chill times. The staff during our stay was always friendly, polite and helpful. We would recommend and we would stay again.

Room smelled like food, made my clothes smell the same. Room was very very loud. Location is next to the interstate and walls seem paper thin. Hairs in shower and on floor. Staff was very nice but would not stay again based on above comments.

Always Dependable .

When traveling we have a couple of preferred chains that we use, and we do so because the results are usually predictable. Home 2 Suites is one of those. We can almost always depend on a clean comfortable room, helpful representatives of the chain, a well-kept property in decent neighborhoods and a good value for the money we spend. This time was no exception. No fault of the hotel, but our two-night stay was cut short due to the airline having issues. But the hotel was great about communicating with us, and seeming genuinely concerned with our situation.
