This 175m² property spans two levels. On the ground floor are:
- A large, bright 70m² living room with a relaxation area, a large screen TV, a dining area for 12 people, and a large, high-quality fitted kitchen. The bay window opens directly onto the terrace.
- A 20m² bedroom suite with a dressing room and a 160 x 200cm bed.
- A laundry area.
- A separate toilet.
- A beautiful 13m² bathroom with two sinks and a large walk-in shower.

The upper floor is reserved for the sleeping area:
- 1 bedroom with two 90x190cm beds and one 140x190cm bed,
- 1 bedroom with one 90x190cm bed and one 140x190cm bed (+ an extra bed for a child measuring 90x160cm)
- 1 landing room with a 140x190cm sofa bed (room insulated from the living room and windows with blinds)
- 1 bathroom with toilet, bathtub, and sink

Upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet.

On-site activities: swimming, foosball, croquet, darts, pétanque, molky, etc.

Outdoors: 49m² terrace with garden furniture for 12 people, children's games, awning, electric grill, above-ground pool, 4000m² of private green space. You might spot deer, birds, pheasants, rabbits, etc.

Baugé-en-Anjou: A village of character with a rich history, such as the 17th-century apothecary and the Hôtel Dieu. The Malagué pond is 15 minutes away with a beach, supervised swimming, open-air dance halls, and seasonal concerts. The banks of the Loire are 30 minutes away. Saumur is 40 minutes away. Adventure course 49 is 20 minutes away with a treetop adventure course.

Pool information: Dimensions: 6.5 x 3 x 1.20 m - Unheated. Accessible from May to October. Enclosed parking on the property. Wi-Fi internet connection. Baby equipment available upon request: folding crib, high chair, changing table, potty. There is one step down to access the ground floor bedroom (also accessible via the French window from the courtyard, without steps). The price does not include the end-of-stay cleaning fee of €120, bed linen rental of €10, and bathroom linen rental of €5.
