Only 1 km away from the lovely village of Baveno, serviced by shops, restaurants, etc. Stresa a biggest town is only 5 km from the house, whilst the Milan airport Malpensa is 60 km away.
The private outdoor are and garden consist in an amazing park with pines it is perfectly maintained. The pool area is equipped with elegant iron deckchairs, sunshades and shower, a wonderful covered area with table and chairs, Barbeque for al fresco dinners, and a second covered area with garden sofas and chairs, all with an amazing lake view.
Recently renovated the villa has all the possible amenities in order to offers to its guests the maximum of comfort possible, with air conditioning in all bedrooms, Wifi, Flat screen Tv’s the pool heat with a solar panel, and a wonderful wellness area with gym, Jacuzzi tub and massage room.

The villa inside is about 600 sqm, and develops in three floor.
First Floor: Entrance into a large and bright living room which faces the outside equipped veranda, with a lake view, the living room is equipped with high stile sofas a working fireplace, a second setting room gives the access to a lovely equipped terrace with an amazing lake view.
A separate dining room with a large round table with wonderful Murano glass chandelier above it.
Large and professional fully equipped kitchen.
This floor feature also a bathroom with shower, and a TV room with comfortable double sofa bed.
Second Floor: there are five double bedrooms all equipped with air conditioning, minibars and a flat screen Sat Tv.

It consists in A Jacuzzi bath for 5 people, a well-equipped gym, relax and tea corner with beds, guest can also book a massage upon request, there is also a full bathroom with shower.
Just next to the wellness area, a multifunction space has been designed with walls of natural stone, TV, playroom with toys for kids, table tennis, table football, several sofas, armchairs and an impressive refectory table, which previously belonged to the former owners of the Villa, also from this room, guest have a beautiful view of the lake.
On the same floor is the laundry room, with washing machine, dryer and iron.

The surrounding area of Baveno and Stresa also offer plenty of opportunities for water sports, hiking, cycling, golf, boat trips, sightseeing trips and Skiing at the Mottarone Ski Centre. Water Sport fans can enjoy a day out on the lake; with boat rental and a Wakeboarding School.
The popular Stresa-Mottarone cable car departs every 20 minutes from the Lido in Stresa, at its peak, visitors can enjoy the spectacular 360° views; which encompass 7 lakes and the Italian Alps.
The Borromeo Islands of Isola Madre, Isola Bella, Isolino di San Giovanni, the botanical gardens of Villa Taranto and Santa Caterina del Sasso Monastery are easily reachable by ferry from Stresa.

Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday. Check-in: from 4pm to 7pm; Checkout: 9am
Upon request and approval of the owner a late arrival is possible between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm for an extra fee of 50 Euro

Security Deposit (Refundable)
Euro 2000,00 that will be collected on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.
