King bed and queen sleeper sofa sleep up to 4, private hot tub, wood-burning fire pit, and a record player. Plus full access to the sauna, cold plunge, basketball and pickleball court, outdoor kitchen, and more. One hour from Nashville, 15 minutes from Cookeville, 10 minutes from Cummins Falls. The Caney is the fly-fishing cabin at The Hideout Hotel — locally sourced decor, hand-picked details, and a fully themed bathroom that guests photograph more than almost anything else. It`s the kind of place where the design isn`t just background; it`s part of the stay.

Inside: King bed, queen sleeper sofa, dual-purpose record player and Bluetooth speaker, two smart TVs with YouTube TV (50` in the living room, 40` in the bedroom). Full kitchen setup — two-burner electric stovetop, ice machine, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a coffee machine with our house Hideout blend.

Outside: Your own private hot tub, wood-burning fire pit, and outdoor seating off the deck. Direct access from the bedroom — step out, stoke the fire, get in the tub.

The area: Less than 15 minutes from downtown Cookeville — good restaurants, local breweries, and boutiques. Under a 10-minute drive to Cummins Falls State Park and about 20 minutes to Burgess Falls, both home to some of Tennessee`s best waterfall hikes. We work with local outfitters and send personalized recommendations before your stay to help you plan.

Getting in: Before arrival, you`ll receive a four-digit access code for the smart lock. The property is secured with a gated entrance. Full-time staff are on the property daily to keep shared amenity spaces clean and ready, and to help with anything that comes up. Outside those hours, our 24/7 support team is one message away.

Parking: Gravel driveway with parking for up to 3 vehicles. If you`re pulling a boat or a camper, please reach out in advance.

PETS: Pets are welcome for a $75 fee per pet. Only pets disclosed at booking are allowed. Please keep them with you and under control at all times — they shouldn`t roam the property unattended.

SMOKING: No smoking inside the unit. Evidence of smoking results in a $250 fine.

CHECK-IN: Standard check-in is 4 PM. Early check-in at 2 PM is available for $50 when the schedule allows. Bag drop-offs can sometimes be accommodated — just ask.

CHECK-OUT: Standard check-out is 10 AM. Late check-out until 12 PM is available for $50. No chores required at departure — just relax until it`s time to go.

PROPERTY CARE: Please treat the space with care. Excessive cleaning needs or damage may incur additional fees. Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay.

HOUSE RULES: Following our rules keeps the experience great for everyone. If a violation results in a refund or discount for a future guest, the responsible guest may be charged for those costs.

PET POLICY: We love pets and welcome them for a $100 fee per pet. Please ensure that only authorized pets accompany you and keep your pets under control at all times. For everyone`s safety, pets should not roam freely without a human companion.

NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly ask you to refrain from smoking inside the cabin. If we find evidence of smoking, a $250 fine will apply.

CHECK-IN: You’ll receive your check-in instructions before your stay. Our standard check-in time is 4 PM, but if you’d like to start your getaway a bit earlier, we offer early check-in at 2 PM for an additional $50. We can also accommodate bag drop-offs when available.

CHECK-OUT: Our standard check-out time is 10 AM. We also offer late check-out at 12 PM for an additional $50. No chores are required before you leave—just relax and enjoy your stay until it`s time to go.

EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS: We ask that you treat the property with care. If the property is left in a significantly worse condition than usual, an extra cleaning fee may apply. Remember, you are responsible for any damages.
