Bright 3-bed garden house, 12 min walk to Bayonne

A 130m² family home surrounded by greenery, a twelve-minute walk from the centre of Bayonne. The living rooms open onto a south-facing terrace where you'll invariably end up having lunch, eating late and letting the afternoon drift. Three double bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a master suite set apart with its own corner of garden. It sleeps six — comfortable for one family, or two.
Everything you need is close by: the town-centre shops on foot, the Anglet beaches fifteen minutes away by car or thirty by bike along the cycle path, and a bus stop five minutes from the door for the station, the Chambre d'Amour beaches and Biarritz airport.

The house
The living areas and kitchen are on the ground floor, along with a separate WC. An extension houses the master suite, set apart from the rest of the house: a 160cm bed, its own shower room and doors opening onto a small enclosed garden. Being all on one level, it also suits anyone who would rather avoid the stairs. Upstairs, two generous, sunlit bedrooms with 140cm beds share a second shower room.
Bed linen and towels are provided, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer makes a stay of several weeks entirely practical.

The garden
Greenery wraps around the house on every side. The south-facing terrace, shaded by a retractable awning, quickly becomes the real centre of gravity of the day: lunch outdoors, long evening meals, and the plancha does the rest. The flower garden runs right around the house, and the master suite has a quiet corner all to itself.
