Welcome to Winter Wood Farm. Your own private escape tucked away on 180 peaceful acres in Bealeton, Virginia. This historic farmhouse blends classic charm with modern comfort, offering a peaceful retreat for families, friends, couples, or anyone craving a slower pace and a breath of fresh country air. With 3 cozy bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, the home has plenty of space for groups to relax and unwind.

Winter Wood farm is a historical farmhouse that was originally built in the early 1900's. The farmhouse lives on 180 acres farm land with 50+ cattle to watch graze, perfect for an early morning coffee on the front porch rocking in your rocking chair. This house will help you reconnect with nature and unwind while enjoying the slow life for a change.

Our home has a open, yet cover front and back porch to enjoy and appreciate the sounds of birds chirping and cows mooing. This house has plenty of room for the whole family or friends with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Relax by our inground pool or even our hot tub located right next to the back porch. The farmhouse is also pet-friendly, featuring a fenced backyard and doggie door so every member of the family can enjoy the experience. Our farm is located on a private gravel road, tucked behind surrounding farms, making your stay feel very secluded.
Even with the farm being secluded, that does not take away from other local attractions such as:

• Flying Circus Aerodrome and Airshows - Known for their 1920s style planes that can even be seen at times from the farm!
• Morais Vineyard & Winery - A stunning Portuguese inspired winery offering tastings, tours, and beautiful views, perfect for a relaxing afternoon.
