Step inside to find an open living space paired with a modern kitchen featuring sleek stainless steel appliances—perfect for preparing meals after a day on the coast. The spacious master bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, creating a peaceful place to unwind. A second guest room provides additional comfort, while the third bedroom is especially convenient for kids or extra guests with its bunk bed setup.

This home is also pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome to join in on the vacation fun.

Bed Configuration:

1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Bunk Beds



WHAT IS PROVIDED:

Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment are not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, a sponge, and two fragrance-free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag.

Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.

Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be the guests' responsibility to provide.





PET POLICY:

Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 3-dog maximum.

Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

-Two parking spots in the driveway, one on the street, one in the garage
