Discover a very pleasant and welcoming semi-detached cottage that can accommodate up to 5 people, ideally located just 30 minutes from Gien, 20 minutes from Briare, and 4 minutes from the Loire River.

It's the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends, and also for business trips. You're just a stone's throw from the family farm, "Ferme des Doucets."

Numerous activities are available: visiting the various monuments of Beaulieu-sur-Loire and its surroundings, fishing, hiking or cycling, boating on the canal, canoeing on the Loire, swimming in a pool, picnicking, and more. The village is located on the Loire à Vélo cycling route and in the Coteaux du Giennois vineyards near Sancerre.

Nearby attractions include: the town of Châtillon-sur-Loire, the Château de Saint-Brisson-sur-Loire, the Musée des Deux Marines et du Pont-canal Briare (Museum of the Two Navies and the Briare Canal Bridge), the Château de Saint-Fargeau, the Château de Guédelon, and the vineyards of the Centre-Loire region.

In Beaulieu-sur-Loire, you'll find a pharmacy, a doctor's office, a small supermarket, and other shops. Supermarkets and medical centers are located within 5 km. The nearest emergency room is in Gien.

The cottage is located near the Château de Courcelles-le-Roi. This semi-detached cottage is entirely on the ground floor (three steps to the entrance) and features a living room, dining room, and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.

Outside, there is a shared courtyard with the adjoining cottage (currently being renovated). You will enjoy a small private terrace in front of the cottage with its own garden furniture and barbecue. On-site parking is available in the property's courtyard.

Access to a secure bicycle storage area is also available.

A games room is available during the summer season in our barn: ping-pong, foosball, etc.

All-inclusive rate: bed linen provided and beds made upon arrival, heating included, towels provided, and end-of-stay cleaning included. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Check-in from 4 pm and check-out at 10 am.
