Asking for a quiet space meant nothing. Staff did not seem to help on that. Unable to rest until 5 am as the neighbors were heard the entire time. Internet was spotty, and so was the ability to watch television. The staff did not seem to know what being opposite the highway meant either. I've been in many hotels/motels and have never been so disappointed in my life.
