Charming traditional cottage in the Breton Marsh

The Marais breton offers you its riches during a stay in this small bourrine, a traditional thatched cottage of the region. Discover this natural territory through the Le Daviaud ecomuseum (4 km) or the Bourrine à Rosalie (7.3 km). You will have the opportunity to go to Fromentine (6.5 km) to enjoy the beach, the pier to the island of Yeu and the bridge to the island of Noirmoutier. You can also access the latter by crossing the famous Passage du Gois (10 km). This single-story house consists of a living room/lounge/kitchenette with an insert fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom/WC. Outside, you will benefit from a private enclosed plot of land on the edge of the estuary, with a terrace, picnic table, barbecue and pétanque court. The traditional architecture of the "bourrine" (a "bourrine") requires small openings and low doors. The accommodation does not have Wi-Fi access. The site is located on the edge of a small road, which can occasionally be busy during rush hour. Baby equipment is available upon request.

From the village of Beauvoir-sur-Mer, take the D22 towards Les Sables-d'Olonne for approximately 3.5 km. After the "Côté Marais" restaurant, turn left at the roundabout onto the D51. Continue for approximately 2 km, then turn right onto La Boissellerie. The gîte is 400 m on your left.
Coming from Saint-Urbain, take the D103 towards La Barre-de-Monts, until you reach the intersection with the D51. At the stop sign, turn left and then immediately right onto La Boissellerie. The gîte is 400 m on your left.
