Made for large family get-togethers and long-awaited reunions, this exceptional single storey property offers a base for 14 guests to spend time together. Cleverly laid out as two separate cottages with an inter-connecting door and ample communal space for relaxing, this fantastic abode offers bigger groups the chance to celebrate special occasions as one or break out into smaller groups to unwind. A truly versatile selection, the property is meticulously laid-out with seven bedrooms. Each one has its own en-suite offering an additional sense of privacy, and five out of seven bedrooms boast zip-and-link beds so you can customise your bedroom formation to best suit any group. Pet-loving families can also bring two dogs along as well.


Well-suited to groups with adults and young children, the property benefits from two open-plan living spaces with a lounge, kitchen and diner. Let the younger kids spend time watching TV or playing games in one lounge as the adults enjoy an evening tipple in the other. The larger of the kitchen/diners is an exceptional spot for feeding the masses, complete with a sprawling dining table that all can sit around and excellent amenities for cooking up a storm. You’ll then find all seven bedrooms dotted around the ground floor, all with step-free access. Finally, step outside to find a secure and scenic garden with patio furniture and a BBQ.


Discover mighty East Anglia when staying here, exploring surrounding Suffolk and the Norfolk countryside also nearby. With the River Waveney flowing through, the nearest town of Beccles (3 miles) sits at the southern tip of The Broads. From here you can embark on all sorts of watery adventures, including a trip along The Big Dog Ferry up to Geldeston (5 miles). If seascapes are more your thing, make a beeline for the coast and get to know the seaside spot of Lowestoft (11.5 miles).
