Big Hotel, mixed impressions

Unpleasant surprise, on arrival they informed me that my booking was cancelled. Made new booking, but refused to give me the price I had in advance. Nobody speaks English, reception more rude than friendly. Last day, I requested late checkout, I could get only 4 hours for half price! If staying more than 4 hours, they wanted full price, said this is the system in the country. Otherwise room nice, well furnished. On arrival it was cold, no heating, AC did not heat either. When complained, they informed me that it is too early for heating. With 11 C in the room, they finally started heating. Breakfast and the restaurants on site are OK.
