The house has been lovingly decorated to a high standard to create a comfortable space for guests to enjoy and relax. The property's kitchen has for your convenience a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher oven and hob. Every bed room has cotton bed linen and a good mattress to ensure a great nights rest. Upon request we can provide children's dinnerware and a travel cot. The property is within walking distance to the city centre, Botanic Gardens and Queen's University.
The house is a great base to explore Belfast. Not only are you in walking distance of Belfast City centre but there are lots of great things to explore on our doorstep like Botanic Gardens and the Ulster museum or have a few drinks in the Rose and Crown or the Hatfield House. Also close by is the Lyric theatre for all you culture vultures out there. I like to think that 18 Shaftsbury avenue give a little bit of luxury to our guests. For the price of a budget hotel you can relax in a property lavishly furnished to ensure after a busy day sightseeing, shopping or socialising you can unwind in comfort.
You will have the whole place to yourself. Enjoy!
The Lower Ormeau Road is a lively area of South Belfast with plenty of great bars and restaurants. The city centre is a five minute walk away from the property. Also within walking distance is Botanic Gardens, Queens University and the Ulster museum. I would recommend a visit to the Hatfield bar on the Ormeau Road (just around the corner from the property for a great local bar with a great pint.
This property is in a residential area and the neighbours have young children and elderly relatives so it is important to please observe the house rules around noise after 10pm. Please also be mindful if returning to the property late at night.
Please do not smoke in the property but you are welcome to smoke in the rear yard. Please extinguish your cigarettes in the bucket provided.
