Brend new apartment in famous Balkanska street. The apartment place is close to art and culture, great views, parks, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood (5 min by walk to the main pedestrian street Knez Mihajlova), the light, the comfy beds, the kitchen, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. I think you will really enjoy this place :)
The space
The apartment has one big bedroom and one smaller bedroom, separate livingroom and nice terrace with beautiful garden view, which make you feel comfortable and really relaxed since it is pretty quiet for apartment in city center. Fully equipped kitchen is also helpful for longer staying, since you have everything you need to feel like at home.
Guest access
The apartment is located in private building including separate entrance so you can have total privacy and peace.
Other things to note
You will be provided with towels, bed linen and everything else you might need (vacuum cleaner, iron, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, toilet paper, LCD TV, fast Internet connection...).
If you are staying more than 7 days, cleaning services once a week is free of charge.
Per Serbian low, everybody needs to be registered to the police and needs to pay 1.5 euro per day per person for city tax. * its not included in price of the apartment.
We can offer you private parking space for 12 euro extra per day!
Laundry service can be provided upon request, per machine is 8 euro - cleaning and drying, no ironing.
We can organize transfer for you from/and to airport . We are charging same like local cab - 30euro, and our guy will wait for you at the airport with your name written on the paper, help you with our bags and show you around during 20 min drive to apartment .
In this area we have 22 more apartments and this is very convenient for bigger group of friends... Please contact me and i will show you all our option if you need help to organize.
