3 Bed 2 Bath Cabin Style House, Experience Nature Close to the City

Nestled in the Ozarks just minutes from the Missouri border and ten minutes from downtown Bentonville, this delightful house offers a serene and convenient retreat for guests. With 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, along with 2 full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, living and dining area, and an upstairs open area/music room, this fabulous property provides all the comforts of home. Important notes:

-The Wifi is shared from a neighbor (knowingly!), so the connection is not strong throughout the house, and works best in the living room/dining room.

-Feel free to use the washing machine, but do not plug in or use the dryer, as it is not working properly. Just so it is not missed, DO NOT USE THE DRYER. Thank you!

-If you wish to use the record player, there is a limited and random selection of records, but feel free. You will just need to turn the receiver on, located below the record player. The power button is on the left side, and volume is the right knob. Please do not touch any other buttons.

-There is one remote for the TV, the unmarked plain black remote. The other is the Roku remote. You will have access to Hulu and Max (as of now). Please use "guest" user account if you get on.

-The cleaning fee covers routine, expected cleaning such as washing linens and towels, general sanitizing, etc, which is why it is relatively low. Please be respectful and do not leave major messes, and at least make sure all trash is thrown away and no food is left out. Dishes may be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher (you do not need to wash them). Of course if there are any damages to any property or anything is missing after your stay, you will be responsible. But you are a great guest, so you would never!

-Please lock the door(s) any time you leave the premises, including checkout. The back doors must be locked from the inside. You can lock the front simply by pressing the lock icon after closing the door. Your entry code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number.

-You may park in the carport/driveway. There may be a car parked on the premises occasionally in order to charge. The driver is my relative and lives nearby.

-The shed in the back yard should be locked. Please do not enter or attempt to enter the shed.
