The Space:

Handlebar Hideout is designed for comfort, convenience, and easy connection after a full day outdoors.



One of the home's biggest advantages is its unbeatable location for mountain bikers. Think of it as the mountain biking equivalent of ski-in/ski-out lodging. Ride just 0.4 miles downhill on paved roads to OZ Bike Park, then cruise only 0.3 miles back to the house when you're finished. Spend more time riding—not driving. Whether you want to stop home for lunch, swap bikes, cool off, or relax on the deck, you can easily come and go on your own schedule.



Step inside to an inviting living area—perfect for relaxing after the trails or settling in for the evening. The open layout flows into the dining area and fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to cook, gather, and spend time together. A washer and dryer are also available, ideal for longer stays or post-ride cleanup.



The home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged for families or groups:

- Primary Suite: King bed with private en-suite bathroom

- Second Bedroom: Comfortable queen bed

- Third Bedroom: Two twin beds—great for kids or additional guests

Guest Access:

Guests will receive a unique door code prior to arrival for easy, contactless entry.



You’ll have full access to the home, including the carport, parking area, and dedicated bike storage and maintenance area.

Travistock Trail is just 1.5 blocks away, providing easy access to the Little Sugar trail system and connecting you to renowned trail networks including Blowing Springs, Back 40, Slaughter Pen, Coler, The Castle, and the Razorback Greenway.



The home's location also makes it easy to enjoy the area's everyday conveniences. Just minutes away you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, banks, CVS, and emergency medical services, making it simple to stock up or grab a bite between rides.

The home includes a covered carport and an additional parking pad for multiple vehicles.



Downtown Bentonville is just 15 minutes away, offering restaurants, breweries, shopping, and attractions including Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, the Amazeum, and The Momentary. Popular day trips include Eureka Springs, Fayetteville, Beaver Lake, and the Buffalo National River.

-Absolutely no parties.

-Must be 25 years of age to book.

-No refunds for weather-related events.

-No smoking anywhere on the property.

-All visitors must be off the property by quiet hours, 10 pm to 7 am.

-Pet-friendly: $65 fee for 1 well-behaved, house-trained dog under 45 pounds.

-Early check-in may be available for an additional fee.

-Unbagged trash will result in an additional fee.
