We got an upgrade for parking from Peter at the desk. Appreciated as futher in the parking lot, lots of ice and snow. And thow I do not have a handicap parking permit, I have a knee brace and cane that makes it challenging to get around. We did try to go to the hot tub and pool after breakfast, but too many little children in the hot tub to enjoy, and some screaming . And though there were signs to shower before using facility, we looked briefly but did not see the showers. Registration staff were great, breakfast staff were efficient and cleaning was being done.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good but ends too early. Hard to get up before 9:30 am on new Year's day. And the staff was waiting by the door to close it down as the clock counted down. Very intimidating.
