Designed by two artisan developers, intrepid antique dealers, collectors and musicians- this suite is designed to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. Featuring rich wood details, hardwood floors, beautiful finishings and ambient lighting, this space offers the perfect escape for both leisure and business travelers.

Upon entering the second floor, you'll find a spacious living area that leads to a west-facing sunroom, bathed in the golden light of the setting sun. This peaceful space is ideal for unwinding, reading, or simply enjoying the view as the sun sets. The full kitchen, with its large island and stainless-steel counter tops, with new appliances, is perfect for preparing meals or hosting a small dinner. Step outside to your private deck, where you can take in calming river views.
In the evening, retreat to one of the two queen-sized beds in elegantly designed east facing bedrooms, each with architectural elements that echo the apartment’s historic roots. Each bedroom includes a spacious closet, large European windows, thick black out curtains, and a flat screen tv with a dedicated Netfilx account.
The apartment features 1.5 bathrooms, with a luxurious shower / bathtub for ultimate relaxation.

No parties allowed. Even if there is no damage caused by a party, the guest will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any parties.
