Tilava rantatalo 1. 5 korttelin päässä rannalta Hopeajärvellä, josta on upeat järvinäkymät monista huoneista ja merinäköala suurelta 2. kerroksen kannelta ja joiltakin huoneilta 2. ja 3. kerroksessa.

Tämä helmi on kaunis viktoriaaninen koti, aivan ainutlaatuinen Belmarissa! Tämä on hieno perhekeskeinen naapurusto.

Emme vuokraa nuorille ryhmille !! Täytyy olla vähintään 40-vuotias (vaadimme todistajan iästä).

Kävele sisään etuovesta ja astut tilavaan olohuoneeseemme (vedä sohvalla) ja iso taulutelevisio. Voit unohtaa ruokasalin, joka on avoinna ja istuu 6 hengelle mukavasti. Ruokasalista voit katsella upeaa keittiötä, jossa on graniitti työtasot ja kaasuliesi niille, jotka rakastavat kokata.

Toisessa kerroksessa toisessa kerroksessa on kannen ympäröiminen, josta on näkymät Silver Lakelle. Yksi talon parhaista paikoista rentoutua!

2. kerroksessa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Ensimmäinen makuuhuone on valtava ja siinä on queen-vuode, jossa ovi toisen kerroksen kannelle, josta on upeat merinäkymät. Sängyssä makuulla on myös näkymät Hopeajärvelle. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on täysi sänky ja voit myös nauttia näkymistä järvelle. Kolmas makuuhuone on myös erittäin suuri ja siinä on queen-vuode ja oma yksityinen vasta päivitetty kylpyhuone, joka on valtava ja jossa on seisova suihku ja erillinen kylpyamme. Toisen kerroksen käytävällä on myös erittäin suuri kylpyhuone, jossa on kynsijalkainen kylpyamme.

Kolmannessa kerroksessa on 2 huonetta, joista toisessa on queen-vuode ja iso huone, jossa sohva, joka avautuu kahdelle yhden hengen tai 1 king. Tässä huoneessa on taulutelevisio, jos haluat käyttää sitä vain hengailutilana tai lasten nurkkaan / huoneena.

Suosikkikohtiamme ovat varmasti upea kannettava kansi, josta on näkymät Hopeajärvelle ja merelle. Tämä tila on ihanteellinen kirjan lukemiseen tai juoman nauttimiseen. Tässä talossa on myös ulkosuihku. Voit vuokrata 4 rantapäästöä ja rantatuoleja.

Hinnat / SAATAVUUS: Talvi vuokra saatavana (tekisi kuukausittain, viikoittain, kaksi viikkoa, viikonloppu jne.). Kesäkausi viikoittain lauantaista lauantaihin heinä-elokuussa. Teemme myös viikonlopun vuokria kaikkina kuukausina, lukuun ottamatta heinä- ja elokuuta.

Pesula on ensimmäisessä kerroksessa ja talossa on 3 taulutelevisiota. Ajotieltä mahtuu kolme autoa. Kesävuokraukseen sisältyy neljä rantamerkkiä ja jotkut rantatuolit.

Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Belmar Beach and Boardwalk. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Great home for a weekend in Belmar!

We stayed at Kelli's home for a wedding weekend in Belmar and it is the most perfect location! The home is so charming, with plenty of room to sleep. We had the best stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great location!

The location (1.5 blocks from the beach) with a full view of the lake is really fantastic! The front porch is the hang-out spot. Great breeze, view, and plenty of seating. Beds are comfortable and the overall layout is good. We had six adults and two kids, and it worked really well for us.

Great View & Location

Perfect setting sitting on the front porch with a view of the lake. This was our second time staying here. The house has a lot of character it dates to the late 1800's. Being an older home you have to be okay with the charm & quirks which come with it - which we are. It was a very short walk to the beach. And it was great being able to brings the pets with us. It made it a true family vacation to have all of us there.

My sisters and I met for a family reunion. The house was big enough and was in a great location. It is a very old home with narrow steep stairs which was a challenge for one of my sisters. Housekeeping was not that great, barely any toilet paper in the bathrooms, 1/4 a roll to none. It also had ants in the kitchen so we did not want to cook after finding them everywhere. The owner offered a pest control service , but the house was closed because of using the a/c. so we passed on that. Owner was very responsive to issues.

Excellent house for wedding weekend

I rented this house (along with another nearby owned by the same landlord) for our wedding weekend in Spring Lake / Belmar. The house was as described, clean, and the perfect backdrop for wedding preparation pictures. The wraparound porch with the view of Silver Lake and the ocean was one of the highlights. It is an old Victorian but there is central air in most of the rooms besides the very top floor. Linens and towels were not provided as noted in the listing; this arrangement is common along the Jersey shore. The landlord recommended a local provider, Blue Cottage Linens, which did a great job. Communication with the landlord was great and there were no issues during check in or checkout. We're not a typical Belmar party crowd so the landlord had no problem hosting a wedding party, and we had no issues with the neighbors by hanging out on the front porch late and not being too loud. Ample street parking, at least in late May / early June. Great experience and really added to our wedding weekend. Highly recommend!

Great house by the beach!

Spent a few days here with the family in May 2024. Great walking distance from the boardwalk for the kids to use their scooters. Street parking and driveway parking was a plus. Owners were super friendly and were quick to respond to questions about the house. Kids asked if we could stay there again!

This is the second Christmas our family has spent in this lovely home. The house accommodates 9 of us and our dog very comfortably and is a short walk from the beach. Communication from the host is excellent.

A very peaceful stay

Great old house. Owners were very upfront about any possible issues even before we got there. The fifth bedroom was the only problem for us since we needed 5 private bedrooms with doors but we made it all work. Its a beautiful old house with tons of charm and within walking distance to the beach and some shops.

Beach house in need of repair

The house is located close to the shore and has parking. It is an adequate 4-5 bedroom house because the 5th bedroom does not have a door for privacy. The front storm doors and the door to the 2nd floor balcony needs repair as well as a few other areas of the house. Everything was functional but it would have been nice if it was better maintained.

Beautiful old home, convenient to beach

It was as clean as a home this age could be, but there were ants in the kitchen. When I let the owner know, I was given an errand, not a solution. Belmar Beach is a little sleepy, not many restaurant options right on the beach, but plenty in town, which is an easy, safe walk. It was nice to have some beach passes included, but it would make sense to have more, considering the capacity of the home. The communication in the week leading up to our stay was almost non existent, & I was honestly concerned, especially with all of us flying in from thousands of miles away. It was only after we arrived that we started getting consistent text messages, and prompt responses to our messages. This was our first time staying anywhere that did not include towels or sheets, which was truly inconvenient (we had to pay for extra checked luggage!). The home is truly lovely and overpriced for what is (not) included.

Remember to bring sheets and towels

We flew from San Diego to the NJ shore for a Thanksgiving three day visit. The host did not emphasize that we must fly our sheets and towels (all linens) for the three day stay. We did not see it in the write up while selecting the home, if it was there. I have since screen printed the write up and still do not see it...should the write up change once I post this. Had we known this about the linens, we would have rented a different home or stayed in one of the local B & B type inns. In fairness to the host--you will get informed about this issue, however. The host will email you the Info Sheet approximately 24 hours before your check in. This no linens supplied issue is on the LAST line on that long sheet. Should you not read to the last line, because you are packing, last minute errands, etc etc as so many of us lead busy lives, then I hope my heads up here has helped you out. It is not fun to unlock a home @ 10 pm after a long day of flying to discover there are only sandy mattress pads for your sleep and no hand or bath towels for bathing. Oddly enough, we were the only ones in our large family group who rented homes (in the same area) over the Thanksgiving holiday who were not supplied sheets or towels (linens) with our rental. The other four homes that were rented by our family members (from different hosts) were baffled why we were in this situation. To be fair, I want to note that when I brought this issue to the host's attention during our stay, I was told that I could have "rented" the sheets and towels from her. So keep this in mind for this rental. You can RENT your linens along with paying all the other fees.

Perfect home for a seaside getaway

This property was absolutely beautiful. Upon arriving, the check in process was quick and easy. The house was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the lake across the street. Location is also a short walk from the beach and boardwalk. My friends and I stayed here for my wedding weekend and used this beautiful home to get ready. There was plenty of space for us and the house doubled as a beautiful backdrop for photos with my bridal party. The hosts made themselves available if needed and sent a detailed email prior to check in to help me prepare for my stay.

Wedding weekend

We stayed here for our wedding. It was beautiful. The groomsmen got ready at the house and then we were able to have our children stay there overnight. The view was beautiful. The only thing we didn’t realize was that one bedroom didn’t have a door. However, the property was exactly what we needed!

Fabulous Fall Weekend with Friends

What a wonderful house for a reunion with friends! The location is spectacular. With the lake gleaming right out front and the ocean shimmering nearby, this spot will give you the water fix you need. We walked to Spring Lake and back on the fantastic boardwalks, but could have spent every minute on that amazing porch. We cooked our meals in the well-appointed kitchen and sat comfortably at the dining room table for hours, after cocktails on the porch, of course! We had the pleasure of meeting our hosts who were in town themselves and they were so welcoming and caring. Thank you so much for a perfect place to gather and we will be back again!

Great Short Stay

Cool, funky Victorian home that is super close to the beach and walkable to town as well. Amazing deck that would be great to enjoy after a day at the beach. The property owners are extremely nice and attentive.
