Garage & Storage: Guests can use the garage to store outdoor equipment like bikes, boats, and ski gear. A garage remote is provided for easy access.

Great Room: This spacious central living area features soaring ceilings and large windows that frame the incredible views of Mt. Bachelor. It’s the perfect spot to gather by the cozy fireplace after a day of adventure.  

Gourmet Kitchen: A fully equipped, modern kitchen provides everything needed for group meals, featuring ample counter space and high-end appliances.  

Primary Suite: A serene sanctuary featuring a king-sized bed, high-quality linens, and a private en-suite bathroom for ultimate relaxation.

Guest Bedrooms: Two additional comfortable bedrooms are designed with guest rest in mind, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 7 guests total.

Bathrooms: The home includes 2.5 well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for larger groups.

Expansive Deck: Step outside to a massive deck area, home to your private hot tub where you can soak under the stars while taking in the high-desert silence.  

The Garage: This versatile space includes a ping pong table for evening fun and plenty of room to securely store your bikes, skis, and outdoor gear.  

17-Acre Grounds: Explore your own private 17-acre estate, featuring a horseshoe pit, brick patio with a Solo Stove, and direct access to miles of mountain bike trails right from the backyard.

Arrival & Parking: Our retreat is located at the end of a private road, ensuring ultimate seclusion. The large driveway offers ample space for up to 4+ vehicles, with plenty of room for those towing trailers or boats.  

Vehicle Recommendations: While the road is well-maintained, we recommend a vehicle with 4WD or AWD during the winter months to safely navigate Central Oregon’s snow and ice.

Proximity to Bend: Though you’ll feel worlds away on your 17-acre estate, you are only a short drive from the heart of town.  

Old Mill District & Downtown: Approximately 10–15 minutes away for world-class dining and shopping.  

Mt. Bachelor: A straightforward 25–30 minute drive to the parking lot for skiing or mountain biking.  

Rideshare Services: Uber and Lyft both operate in the Bend area. Guests have noted that while it is a "quick Uber" into town, being removed from the city center allows for better stargazing and relaxation.

Cycling: For the active guest, you have direct access to miles of mountain bike trails right from the backyard. If you're heading into town, many of Bend’s main hubs are accessible via nearby paved bike paths.

Pets: Please inquire before bringing pets. We approve well-behaved pets on a case-by-case basis, provided they are never left unattended in the home.

Smoking: This is a strictly smoke-free property. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home.

Quiet Setting: Nestled on 17 private acres at the end of the road, this home is a sanctuary for those seeking peace. While neighbors are within line of sight across the beautiful canyon, we observe quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM to preserve the tranquil atmosphere. For your safety and security, cameras are located at the front and back doors.

Housekeeping: We want your departure to be as relaxing as your arrival. We only ask that you start the dishwasher and take all trash to the bins conveniently located in the circular drive.

Left Items: While we are not responsible for forgotten items, we will do our best to return them if notified promptly. Please perform a thorough walkthrough before checkout to ensure you have all your belongings.

Amenities: Enjoy our selection of games, puzzles, and cards; please keep sets together for the next guest's enjoyment. Outside, you’ll find a horseshoe pit and a ping pong table in the garage.

Garage: Feel free to use the garage to store your outdoor gear—perfect for bikes, boats, and skis. A remote is provided for easy access; please remember to check the space for gear before you head home!

Fire Pit: For cozy evenings, choose between the gas firepit on the back deck or the wood-burning Solo Stove on the brick patio. Note: To ensure community safety, the Solo Stove is unavailable during summer months due to high fire risk. We strictly follow all county fire restrictions.

Unique Features: Take in stunning Mt. Bachelor views, soak in the private hot tub under the stars, or explore backyard trail access from your end-of-road retreat.
