Beautiful property. Highly recommend staying in a river view room. One complaint, the floors had not been cleaned and the furniture had not been dusted. There was dog hair everywhere. We contacted the office and they took care of it immediately.

I enjoyed my stay and will return on my next visit. I slept great...bed was comfy and it was very quiet. Two pieces of feedback...the shelf under the bathroom sink was really dusty and I would have loved to have had an extra blanket in the room (but apparently not enough to request one :-)..

3 stars mainly due to price. It's a fine place to spend the night but we didn't love it much more than that. However, it was one of our most expensive stops on a long trip but far from the best. Part of it is due to the various taxes and fees but they also charged us for outdoor self parking which felt like nickel and diming.

I paid quite a price for this room with 2 queen beds. I had asked for a room with a nice view of the river. They gave my guests from out of town and crappy room (shabby at best) at the far end of the units with a view of the garbage cans and the parking lot! What a huge disappointment and how embarrassing for me since I was trying to give them a wonderful taste of Bend. Left a very bad taste in my mouth.
