Urlaub Bénodet

Die Ferienwohnung war einfach klasse: der Blick direkt aufs Meer von unserem Balkon, die großen hellen Fenster, eine gemütliche, große Wohnküche und natürlich das Leben direkt vorher Tür. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Bestimmt werden wir hier wieder herkommen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement est parfait et la vue splendide . Seul bémol le bruit du restaurant en dessous malgré le double vitrage , on ne vit pas toujours les fenêtres fermées !

Bel endroit, magnifique vue!

Hôte charmante , appartement idéalement situé sur la plage du Trez, le seul bémol déjà évoqué par d'autres vacanciers est le bruit matinal généré par le restaurant situé au rez-de-chaussée ,mais pas de nuisance nocturne car Le propriétaire a placé une double fenêtre dans la chambre (très efficace ) )

Tolle Wohnung, sehr laute Umgebung

Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön: hell, modern und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Auch der Blick auf den Strand und die Bucht ist einmalig in Bénodet. Aber Achtung: Sie befindet sich wirklich direkt über einem großen, sehe stark besuchten Restaurant, wodurch von früh morgens bis nachts zum Teil wirklich viel Lärm verursacht wird (morgens um 7h werden Stühle gerrückt, genauso noch einmal nachts um 1 Uhr). Durch- bzw. Ausschlafen war deswegen unmöglich. Ein weiteres Manko war das Internet. Es gibt kein Festnetz-Wlan, sondern nur einen portablen Router, der sich in ein örtliches Mobilfunknetz einwählt. Dieses war fast permanent überlastet bzw. nicht verfügbar.

Emplacement exceptionnel

Cet appartement est particulièrement bien positionné étant à l’aplomb de la plage de Benodet et dans l’axe de la baie. Accueil excellent et à l’écoute des locataires. La chambre est équipée d’un double châssis coulissants ce qui supprime les bruits venant du restaurant situé au rez de chaussée. Nous n’y avons connu que du plaisir

pas de clim !!

nous avons réservé cet appartement pour la vue mer magnifique, seulement avec les surfaces vitrées et le réverbération du soleil sur la mer ..il faisait très chaud 28 29 dans l'appartement donc nous devions fermer les volets !! le soir enfin nous pouvions ouvrir en grand mais juste sous les fenêtres il y a un restaurant terrasse donc bruit et mouches !!

Rien à dire de l'appartement qui est parfait tant sur l’emplacement que sur les prestations interieures, seul bémol, le restaurant en dessous, mais on le savait. Le propriétaire a placé une double fenêtre dans la chambre (très efficace ) et s’apprête à le faire dans le séjour
