There is a reason this place is cheaper than everywhere else. Our rooms were not very clean. Found a cockroach under my purse on the TV stand around 11pm after being there since 3-4pm. Dead stink bugs and dead lady bugs all over the room, one actually smooshed in the bathroom door frame. Skittles wrapper and an old used brush behind the fridge. Sticky residue around the base of the light in between the beds. The beds themselves looked clean but one of the bathroom towels were damp and it felt like they just folded up a used one and set it on the side of the tub. Bathtub did not have a working plug for my daughter to take a bath. Outside lounge is FILTHY and some of the chairs were broken as well. The blonde woman working seemed like she hated her job, complained about having to fill the vending machine when I brought my daughter down to get a snack.

So much trash and litter on grounds around the property. Especially in dog walk area. No trash can easily accessible. Room dusty. Bathroom was mid restoration. Terrible. They should have never booked that room! Will NOT stay here again and do not recommend.

Gross Wyndham should be ashamed

Anyway I can send you a video of the loud stomping that we had to hear above us for the entire 2 days? I didn’t request cleaning for the second day but I did ask for extra towels and they were so rude about it. There are chicks of wall missing in the room. A soak and wet carpet by the jacuzzi. Cobwebs in the room. Curtains pinned to the wall with thumbtacks. I had to clean the jacuzzi because it was not cleaned.

Room nice; bathroom not nice.

The room was nice but the bathroom was not nice: grout was awful around the tub, especially. I think mold is around the tub because I got a headache in the middle of the night. The floor under the sink was dirty. The light was terrible for putting on makeup. Took at least 5 minutes for the water in the shower to get hot so I was almost done in the shower by the time the water got hot. Finally, there was no fan in the bathroom.
