Set amidst a stunning farm landscape, our property is designed to make you feel completely at home, whether you`re planning a romantic retreat or a large group gathering. Just minutes from top-notch fishing and kayaking, you`ll have endless opportunities for adventure. Our farm borders the Cherokee National Forest, offering a tranquil setting with views of Chilhowie Mountain, lush greenery, diverse wildlife, and spectacular sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom offers two queen-sized beds and one king-sized bed for ultimate comfort. The living room is equipped with two pull-out couches, each converting to a queen-sized bed, and an additional pull-out couch in the rear living area. Additionally, the sleeper sectional sofa accommodates two people. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including an air fryer, a Keurig coffee maker, and TWO ovens. Enjoy outdoor dining on the rear covered porch with breathtaking sunset views, or relax on the front porch with rocking chairs and coffee tables to take in the stunning sunrises.

Guests are welcome to use the entire house, including the front, back, and side yards. Additionally, you can explore and enjoy walking or jogging anywhere on our 40-acre farm. As East Tennessee’s leading Gourmet Mushroom farm, we offer complimentary tours—just ask us during your stay!

We respond through airbnbs messaging system rather quickly within reasonable hours of the day!

Our farm is home to a Gourmet Mushroom Cultivation Facility—don’t hesitate to ask about all things mushrooms!

In addition, we have two identical suites and a spacious home that accommodates up to 16 guests.

If needed, we offer another fantastic option just 15 minutes away. This separate farm features five cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabins, also capable of hosting up to 25 guests on the property.

Please do not park on the lawn. There is space for 6 vehicles in the main driveway and the lower driveway can accommodate 3 more. Any more vehicles will need to park at the bottom of the hill and catch a ride up to the house. Thank you for helping us keep our landscaping nice.
