THE SPACE
This small but spacious studio apartment offers an open living room, kitchen and bedroom space. You will sleep in a cozy king size bed or on the comfortable sofa bed which is outfitted with a La-Z-Boy queen size SlumberAir mattress.

While you relax, you can enjoy in room entertainment:

The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a meal:

Great cottage apartment. All amenities worked and there were complimentary snacks and coffee. I would recommend. Just a few blocks to downtown and i walked everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

The Blue Flower was the perfect home away from home on our road trip across country. The bike storage shed really came in handy to store our two mountain bikes. Michele has thought of everything, from stocked bottled water, coffee and snacks to all the decorative touches that made the space comfortable and easy to fall into on our stay. The location is perfect for walking downtown to the square, and the Coler area for mountain biking was a short 10 minute drive. We would definitely book here again.

The 2nd Street Retreat was very attractive in decor, clean, and within walking distance to the Downtown Square and biking trails. It even had a shed for bike storage, which was a plus. The host added nice little touches like bottled water, snacks, coffee pods, laundry detergent and quality shampoo/conditioner and soap. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect spot!

This property was perfect for me and my husband. Michelle had really good taste decorating this cozy space and making sure she thought of everything. It was clean, modern, and comfortable. Location was ideal-easy quick walk to downtown (plenty of restaurants!). I would certainly stay here again.

Perfect spot for our family

The 2nd Street Retreat was absolutely perfect. The host thought of everything - the kitchen was stocked nicely, linens and towels were nice quality and clean, wonderful quiet location. You can tell through the details that they care, from the available umbrella, bike shed with key, board games, cute soap dish, shades on door windows, organic soaps, complimentary snacks, the list goes on. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for work travel!

I love this location - I have also stayed in the next door hideaway and love them both. They are perfect for my work travel to Bentonville - it feels so comfortable like a home away from home. Has everything I need and so close to downtown and the biking/running trails.

Clean, cute studio perfectly located

The Blue House is a clean, comfortable, surprisingly large studio within easy walking distance to downtown Bentonville. It’s situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood about 2 blocks from the downtown shops and restaurants, so you can enjoy all the offerings from the square and then walk home for a good night’s sleep. A perfect spot - I’ve stayed here multiple times and would absolutely stay here again.
