Large back deck offers a table and sitting for your enjoyment. Oversized asphalt driveway has room for 6 vehicles and boat trailer. Inside you will find big windows showing off the open floor plan to the outside space. Big kitchen has plenty of counter space and cabinets. Kitchen has lots of extra appliances from convection/air fryer stove, DW, disposal, coffee pots, toasters, crock pot and more! Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a restful night. The house includes two bathrooms, both with a relaxing jetted bathtubs to unwind after a day of exploring. Guests can spread out in the spacious living room, which offers a sofa bed, extra blow up queen and a twin beds for extra sleeping options. Laundry room has full sized washer and dryer plus a second fridge! House has WIFI, a fire stick on LR TV, a smart tv, 2 dvd players with a dvd collection. Quiet time is 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. This is a residential neighborhood not a resort. If you are loud or obnoxious , you will be removed w/ no refund.
Place all used linen and towels in laundry room when leaving. Please keep up kitchen placing dirty dishes in dishwasher.
Trash days are Tuesday and Friday, place trash can and bags out night prior to pick up. Recycling is Friday pick up.
