Cozy Vacation Home w/Sun Room in Bethany West

This convenient and well laid out beach home in the Bethany West Neighborhood is a perfect gem. The home offers four bedrooms and sleeps 12 comfortably. Two of the rooms have a queen bed. The other two rooms have pyramid bunks (single on top and double on the bottom) and a twin. The home has two bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen to handle meals at home after a long day at the beach. Another perk is the large sunroom if you need some additional space for dinner or to hang out and play one of the many games on site.

Staying in Bethany West gives you access (daily or weekly rate not included) to the community extra's which include two swimming pools, tennis, pickleball and gym. All within a short walk! You are a 15 minute walk to the oceanfront or you can choose to catch the charming Bethany Beach Trolley just up the street from the house!

Please bring your own linens and towels. We recommend Sheets at the Beach if you'd like to rent linens and towels. They deliver and pick up.

Great house! Super cozy and clean and updated with a big kitchen and great living spaces. There was a sewage smell in one bathroom but the host was very responsive and sent a plumber to fix the issue. I will definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay. Everything we needed and more. Clean and comfortable. The community amenities were a pleasant change from the hot sand in the most fiery days. Homeowners were a big help when my older parents struggled with the keypad entry. Would stay again!

Cozy spot in a great location!

Wonderful location steps from the trolley stop and a short distance from two community pools (small entry fee for pools). Parking passes were wonderful to have! Beds were comfy and the home had everything we needed. It has some of the quirks that come with an older home and could benefit from some updates/upgrades, but it worked well for our family of 6. Hosts were wonderful & communication was great.

Vacation with family and friends

The house is in a great location with easy access to the trolley. There are a few things that needs to be updated which include the living room furniture. We had some guests with health problems and it was very difficult to get up from the furniture and it was very uncomfortable. The other thing would be that some of the chairs to the dining table were broken so we put them aside so no one would sit on them. Overall we had a great stay and the weather was perfect.

Family Fun

What a great place to stay for a family with small children. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are thinking of coming back same time next year. This accommodation had a lot to offer, close to a trolley stop which takes you directly to the beach, extra facilities available such as pool, tennis, pickleball, playground and bike riding. Having access to beach resident parking made it so easy to drive to the beach and park without paying the meter or scouting for a space. I highly recommend this no frills, clean, lovely vacation home. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and only minutes to the beach. What more could you ask for?

Great Location

We have rented this home in the past and have always been very satisfied with our stay. This year was no different than the past: clean, well kept accommodations and virtually no issues with our stay other than the key code which was quickly resolved within minutes of our arrival. We look forward to staying again next summer!

Family fun in Bethany West

Stayed with our family and had a good time. House was clean, well lit, and convenient to the town and beach. Great to have two parking permits! It was also walking distance to the beach if we chose not to wait for the shuttle (which is free). Community fitness center and pool close by. The living room furniture was not that comfortable and having washer/dryer in one of the bathrooms was a bit inconvenient. This did not detract from our vacation. Owner easily contacted

Great Bethany West house

We’ve rented for years from Crowley but wanted to see if there were more options on VRBO, and this house was perfect. Ideal location on Halfmoon Drive and the beds were actually comfortable, which has been hard to find for us. We’d happily rent again.

very nice stay!

We had a very nice stay for a week at this property. The owner and property manager were very responsive and easy to work with. The house was also very clean. It is in a very nice community with pool, tennis and fitness facilities for an extra charge, and the trolly stop is just across the street to easily get into town/the beach. There are also a few restaurants and a Wawa in easy walking distance. A few aspects of the house could use a little updating but we had a great stay and would recommend this home.

Great Property/Neighborhood - Close to Everything in Bethany

Bethany West is such a lovely neighborhood with a great beach vibe. The property is minutes away from the beach and you can either hop on the trolley with a stop 10 yards from the house, or use the residential parking passes the owners allow you to use, and park right at the beach for free. The house was well maintained, and spacious for the five of us in my family. We will definitely be reserving this house next year.
