I called 4 hours prior to getting to the hotel Told them I would be 10 mins late to the check in a hotel employee by the name of Anne told me she would put in a note for me to let them know I was arriving late and when I arrived my booking was marked as a no show an a employee by the name of Marianne told me the money wasn’t charged when I showed her all the statements and receipts she refused to help me and kicked me out when I offered to buy another room if it was available she said she wouldn’t serve me an she proceeded to call the cops now I am left without a place to stay tonight and my money was taken out of my account please get back to me I need this issue resolved immediately

Upon checkin met DA-Ron at the front desk. He was such a pleasant individual and beyond helpful with my questions. Sometimes you meet front desk personnel that are doing the basic with a smile. He was truly genuine. This just started our quick weekend on the right foot.

Great place to stay!

Visit was pleasant. The location is convenient to family member. Staff at the entrance was particularly helpful to my husband who uses a cane.
