The open-concept living area features high ceilings and large windows that fill the loft with natural light while framing stunning lake views. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and gather together, and the spacious bedrooms provide comfortable, private retreats after a day of fun on the water.

Step outside to the private rooftop deck, the true highlight of the home. Overlooking Crystal Lake, it’s the ideal spot for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, grilling, or stargazing under the night sky.

Located just steps from the lake, guests can enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, or peaceful lakeside walks. It is within a few feet of the public beach, boat launch and park. Whether you’re planning a relaxing getaway, a family vacation, or a weekend with friends, this loft offers the perfect blend of space, style, and scenic beauty.

Centrally located, this space is 7 miles from Frankfort, 10 miles from Crystal Mountain, 16 miles from the beautiful Sleeping Bear Dunes and less than 25 miles to Traverse City.

This gorgeous loft is located above Christopher and Company, CPAs and does require a flight of stairs for access.

The living room has a gas fireplace and king bed in two bedrooms, and two sets of built in bunkbeds in the third. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

Parking for two vehicles is available and free public parking is available one block away for any additional vehicles.

One of the best VRBO stays we’ve ever had! Spacious, beautifully appointed, and well-stocked, with plenty of seating and a perfect space to get ready for a wedding—including the large, light-up mirror in the primary bathroom. We loved having coffee each morning on the multi-tiered deck with views of the lake. Quiet and right in the middle of town—just a block from the bagel shop, close to the park, and steps from Crystal Lake.

Beautiful place just a block from the beach. Exactly as shown in the pictures.Would have been 5-star except the HVAC fan was abnormally noisy, especially in the master bedroom, making some squealing and duct noises and interfered with our sleep the first few days. We determined it was set to run 45 minutes each hour even when not actively cooling. We changed the thermostat setting so the fan ran less but still had to use a white noise app on our phones and were then able to sleep better.Jennifer had it looked at after we left and let us know they were able to adjust it to so it was much quieter.

We loved this property and the location to the beach. Just steps away from a sandy beach with a large swim area. House was clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a double decker deck with a gas fire pit. We would love to come back!

Awesome home base for exploring sleeping bear!

Great condo with tons of outdoor space and views of crystal lake, walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Jennifer was very responsive and able to accommodate an early check in and the place was spotless when we arrived. Great stay!!
