Welcome to Villa Bayard, a charming property where every detail has been thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort. This spacious villa, spanning over 180 m², is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a peaceful and refined setting.

Ground floor:

Main living room: equipped with a TV, a Bose stereo system, a 2-seater sofa, a coffee table, and 3 armchairs.
Secondary living room: a TV, a 2-seater sofa, and a coffee table.
Fully equipped kitchen: includes an American-style refrigerator, oven, microwave, 4-burner gas cooktop, extractor hood, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher—perfect for preparing meals.

Laundry room: washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron.

Upstairs:
3 bedrooms with double beds (160x200) equipped with pillows, duvets, bedside lamps, and wardrobes.
1 bedroom with two single beds (90x200).
Bathroom: with bathtub, shower, and double sink.
Shower room: with shower and double sink.
All bedrooms are equipped with electric shutters for optimal comfort, and the house features reversible air conditioning to ensure year-round thermal comfort.

An en-suite shower room with shower, sink, toilet, and electric towel warmer.

Outside:
Garden with a heated pool from April to October.

Included services for your stay:

Welcome products: Upon arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials).
Sheets and towels: Sheets are provided, and the beds are made for your arrival. Soft bath towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are professionally cleaned and disinfected by Homies Eco Pressing.
Light cleaning at the end of the stay: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.
You will be greeted by a member of the Homies Holidays team, who will assist you throughout your stay. Our team speaks French, English, and Spanish. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need assistance organizing your stay.

The narrow, winding streets invite exploration, with numerous cafes and restaurants where you can savor local cuisine. It's a lively neighborhood with a welcoming community atmosphere.
Saint-Charles is also appreciated for its cultural and artistic activities, often hosting art exhibitions, outdoor concerts, and local events. The residents are proud of their neighborhood and regularly organize community celebrations. Additionally, its proximity to the beach makes it an ideal spot for surfing or simply relaxing by the ocean. The Biarritz Phare Golf Course is also nearby. With its many attractions and warm atmosphere, Saint-Charles is a must-visit area in Biarritz.

Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient way to get around Biarritz. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the train station or the airport, with fares ranging from 15 to 20 euros during the day.
Parking: If you prefer driving, you can park your car on the street or nearby. It's recommended to check the signage to avoid any parking violations.
Biarritz is also equipped with bike lanes.

Once your reservation is confirmed, the Homies Holidays team will contact you to organize your stay.
For your check-in:
You will be greeted by a member of the Homies Holidays team between 4 PM and 7 PM. If you arrive after 7 PM, an additional fee of 30 euros will apply. If you arrive after 9 PM, the fee will be 50 euros.
