Downstairs you will be welcomed into the beautiful open-plan kitchen and dining room, with everything you need to cook up a storm (or enjoy a takeaway!). The dining area also offers the ideal space to enjoy a great long catch up with your friends and family, and while away the hours over good food.

Through to the back of the house, you will find our cosy living room with comfortable sofas, armchair and smart TV to put your feet up (perfect if you plan to shop until you drop!). Through the French doors, we have a gorgeous garden with furniture to soak up the sun and enjoy a drink in the fresh air.

Upstairs you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms with comfortable beds and high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night`s sleep. We also have two modern bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and another with shower and bathtub for an indulgent soak!

If you`re coming for work and need to stay connected, the home is equipped with fast WiFi, making it easy to work remotely while enjoying a change of scenery.

Located right in the centre of Bicester, this is the ideal location if you`re hoping to visit Bicester Village Designer Outlets - we are just a 5 minute walk away! The historic market town of Bicester is situated in the Cherwell District in the northern part of Oxfordshire. The town’s history goes back over a thousand years and many of the buildings are considered as places of historic interest so there is plenty to explore.

Pet Policy:
We welcome well-behaved pets to stay with you! A charge of £35 per pet applies to cover additional cleaning and maintenance. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet. Pets must be kept off furniture, not left unattended, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
