Upstairs comprises of a lounging area with electric heater, two couches and reading nook. The balcony off the bedroom overlooks the gardens and ocean. A walk in wardrobe and ensuite complete the upstairs floor, with shower and toilet.

Down the stairs you'll find a separate toilet with basin, and an open plan living space. Heated and cooled by a reverse cycle air conditioner, and an added electric heater for ambience. A second patio complete with Baby Weber BBQ and outdoor furniture.
The modern kitchen has all conveniences needed to cook a meal, including full size fridge & freezer, stove top and dishwasher. The property is supplied with olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh milk, coffee pod machine and a block of Ashgrove Cheese and biscuits!

Outside, the gardens meander down to the Cod Rock, where you can enjoy the penguins scurrying up the rocks to go to bed at night, and watch the waves roll in during the day.
