Sleeping six guests, the bright, airy three-bedroom cottage offers sumptuous accommodation for families or friends wishing to bring a pet along too. With a large, enclosed garden, games room and hot tub, it is less than 350 metres from the sandy beach and just across the River Torridge from pretty Appledore, which can be reached by ferry in the warmer months.

Make your way into this immaculate abode, unlacing your walking boots or slipping off your flip-flops in the hall as you pass. Choose between the cosy snug or the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner to unwind together after your day out. Each room has a Smart TV for alternative viewing. Pull the bi-folding doors open to the garden from the main living area to create seamless indoor/outdoor living. Whip up delicious meals in the chic kitchen and gather round the table to dine. A utility room and a WC are also downstairs. All three bedrooms are upstairs. These include a king-size, with views out across the water, an en-suite shower room and a Smart TV. A super-king, with a bed that can be arranged as singles if requested at the time of booking, also has a Smart TV. The twin bedroom and family bathroom are at first-floor level too. Indulge in the exceptional outdoor facilities as often as possible. Bubble in the hot tub, play pool or watch the Smart TV in the games room and cook out on the BBQ. There is parking here for two cars, one in a small garage, plus additional spaces subject to availability.

Pack a picnic and venture 5.5 miles to the beautiful long beach at Westward Ho! Plan a day out to Exmoor National Park, 17 miles away.
