HEATING AND AC

The Central Thermostat, On The Main Level, Regulates The Temperature Throughout The House.
The 1st Floor Stays Cool In The Summer But, Can Get Cold In The Winter. It Runs About 10° Colder Than The Rest Of The House. We Keep Several Small Space Heaters There. That Way You Can Warm The Space Up A Little More If Needed.
It's Worth Noting That The Primary Bear, Sunset, And Sunrise Suites Tend To Run Slightly Warmer Than The Main Living Area. To Ensure Comfort, We Have Equipped Each Of These Rooms With An Individual 9000 BTU AC Heating Unit. This Allows You To Control The Temperature In Each Room Separately If Needed.

PARKING

There Is Driveway Parking Available For Up To Four Vehicles. Although There Is No Garage, There Is A Carport Located At The Top Of The Driveway. However, Accessing The Carport With A Large Vehicle Can Be A Tight Squeeze. It Will Require Multiple Attempts To Pull In And Out. It Is Advisable To Park An Economy Or Mid-Size Vehicle In The Carport Space.
