We had a wonderful stay at Home2Suites by Hilton in Big Bear. Most importantly for me , the room was very clean. The hotel also has great amenities like, a gym, indoor pooI, patio with gas firepits. The breakfast had someone for everyone. I also liked the small details like 24 hr coffee, tea, and hot cocoa.

Great place for family.

Fortunately for my family, even though the front desk and room staff had some call-in-sicks, the remaining staff were up to the task. My kiddos loved the gym, pool, and various lounge areas. They even gave us skewers for our marshmallows. The rooms were spacious and well appointed.

The woman at the front desk during our stay was very kind and attentive. I do not remember her name unfortunately, but huge thanks to her! Took my nephews and dog, family friendly and dog friendly. We loved the included hot chocolate and coffee station.

The Hotel is new, clean, best indoor pool. The room is clean, the toiletries are NOT cheap. Very spacious and comfortable. Lots of choices for free breakfast. Most relaxing getaway for our family with 2 kids. I will recommend 100% and we will surely come back next time!

Amazing stay for families. Big fridge, dining table, microwave actual plates, utensils, pots and pans, toaster. Fantastic hot breakfast included. I have 3 very picky eaters, and being away from home has always been a struggle , but not this time. Big clean rooms and nice staff. Barbecue area! Overall wonderful experience for families.

Simple hotel located just off the main road, close to many stores and not far from North Lake or Big Bear Village destinations. Very small indoor pool (put 20 people in there and you'll feel like Vegas on Memorial Day) and jacuzzi. Things could have been a little cleaner - some kind of brown stains on the bathroom wall and the outside area had a lot of bird droppings that no one bothered to remove for the 2 days we were there. Wasn't thrilled with the surprise $29 parking fee - seemed unnecessary for a hotel of this caliber.

Our bed was way too soft for me, and I did not sleep well getting up several times. Your facility is fine/great . . . I have no love for your bed. I probably would not select your hotel for next time because of the bed issue.
