The staff were all very friendly during check in and check out, which both were very quick, but our room was incredibly dirty. Unswept floors, food in the drains, and pubic hairs on the toilet seats were just the beginning of the unsanitary conditions of the room. Aside from that, the room was very nice looking, large windows, beautiful decor, great flooring. Beds were the only thing that seemed to have been cleaned, both having fresh sheets and blankets. Overall, very nice hotel, but do not expect a perfectly clean environment.

Easy to fix negatives, if you care to

The hotel, parking, and room were all amazing! That being said, none of that matters if the so- called "mattress" on the bed is the worst thing we have ever had to try and sleep on and we will more than likely NOT stay here again in the future, or recommend to any of our friends or family that require the accessible room, to stay here because of it. The only other negative was the amount of time the locked door that separates the lobby & rooms remains unlocked after scanning the room key. Anyone with any amount of limited mobility or anyone in a wheelchair is unable to scan the card and get to the door before it re-locks. The front desk staff said that they have discussed this with someone (not sure if it was the company that installed the system or manager/owner of the hotel). I'll end my review on a positive - A huge shout out to the maintenance guy who loaned us a crescent wrench to make an adjustment on my son's wheelchair joystick. It was greatly appreciated!

No kleenex, no extra toliet paper, no coffee pot, bucket for ice. There was a howling sound in the bathroom. No shampoo, etc.. no hair dryer. There was food left in the fridge from the people before.

This motel although nice on the outside, has very limited amenities. Only 2 washcloths for a two day stay. Had to bring dirty ones down to desk before getting new ones. There was no towel rack. It had been ripped out of the wall but no replacement. There was a sewer smell in the bathroom which is dangerous. Only one shampoo. And again staying two days. There is no bar on a very nice deep tub for exiting an entering for elderly. This. appears to be non- compliant with ADA. There also is no blow dryer, which has always been a staple in most hotels. There was no coffee of any kind or coffee pot. I guess we could purchase them downstairs. Again, usually a staple in most hotel rooms. When I booked the room, I booked a room with a King bed and we got a Queen bed. Not a big deal, just hope I wasnt charged for a King. Very disappointed:(

Spacious Woodspring Stay, Minimal Extras

Our room was wonderfully spacious and comfortable, with a bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was roomy and well-equipped, and we especially appreciated the convenient little kitchenette. However, the lack of amenities was noticeable—there was no cookware or silverware provided for the kitchenette, no breakfast area, and overall very limited extras. Additionally, the room doors were quite loud, making it easy to hear neighbors coming and going (and likely vice versa). Despite these minor drawbacks, we truly enjoyed the room itself and had an overall excellent stay.

The room was just ok. The bed was super soft. However the chwck in was a problem. The clerk was hiding in a back room and didnt come out until i had to actually call the front desk. Waited for over ten minutes just to check in. And a 2200 hours, it was more than frustrating.

Don’t stay!

Amenities were not provided, shampoo, dish soap, no utensils. Had to ask for hangers and iron and they quickly said no ironing board. I would not recommend this place as it was still over $100 a night.

My "only" complaint is that the first room was on the first floor, (perfect I have a dog) but, the room wasn't cleaned after the last occupants. The second room issued was on the 3rd floor and very comfortable. Other than that, a very nice place to stay.

Montana is beautiful

Interesting bed accommodations. The mattress rests on a metal cot, not a foundation. The bathtub had a constant drip from the spout and even with the bathroom door closed, it was still noticeable ( my reason for the low mark on eco-friendly). Ironing board/iron and hair dryer had to be requested at the front desk. A call to the hotel for clarification about my booking was dismissed rudely.

Great hotel

The room is very spacious looks to be very new. Just so you know since gps was confused it is in the same packing lot as Taco Johns. We stayed in a handicap room because Aunts needed one. The beds were low which was great for them but it seemed they were kind of squeaky. The mattresses were very soft, so if you like a firmer mattress it is not for you. Very clean room. Another note, you will need to bring your own hair dryer and coffee if you want it they are not amenities here. Overall great stay will stay here again!
